We’re proud to share that Angelika Bocian-Jaworska, founder of Äerd Lab and graduate of Fit 4 Start Edition #14, joined the main stage at Nexus 2025 for a special evening celebrating a decade of startup success in Luxembourg.

Organised by Luxinnovation, the Fit 4 Start Graduation Night spotlighted the programme’s impact on nearly 200 startups from 35 countries over the last ten years. As part of the featured alumni panel, Angelika spoke alongside fellow founders Tom Michels (Salonkee) and Simone La Torre (Stellar), sharing how Fit 4 Start helped shape their entrepreneurial journeys.

For Äerd Lab, participation in the accelerator was a turning point - providing the support and structure to take regenerative architecture from concept to market. Through mentorship, strategic guidance, and community, the programme helped lay the foundation for a studio that blends innovation with ecological responsibility.

The event also marked the graduation of Fit 4 Start Edition #15, introduced the new Alumni Club, and gave a sneak peek at what’s ahead for Edition #16.
